Customer Portal

A useful guide in using the Happy Tails Customer Portal for booking requests, updating your pet and customer profile, vaccination records, photos, invoices, and more.

 

We are more than happy to help throughout this process if you need further assistance. 

 

We are encouraging all of our valued clients to take advantage of using the portal as it makes the process of booking much more efficient, as well as keeping all of your information up to date. 

Logging IN

New Clients - Create a new account

Existing Clients - you will be e-mailed a temporary password, and your username is your e-mail address that we have on file. 

 

Please contact us if you did not receive the "Welcome E-mail" containing your password.

Once you have created a profile, you'll be able to view all of your Pet Info and Account Info.

If you have boarded with us before, please do not set up a new account as it will create a duplicate account.

Please complete your information along with your pets. This is very important that we have up to date information in order to provide the best care and communication.

If you are an existing client, this will already be completed - though you may update anything that may have changed.

Request A Service

Meet and Greet, Daycare, Boarding Request

To Request a "Meet and Greet" as a New Client: 

Choose "Other Services" and then the "Meet and Greet" option.

Available Dates and Times will show up on a calendar for your choosing and an e-mail will be sent upon confirmation with instructions.

To Request Daycare or Boarding

(Existing Clients):

Choose your service, then you can choose your dates, drop off and pick up times, additional services, and submit your request. 

You must choose your rate, but there will only be one available.

This is simply a REQUEST - we will notify you when we approve or deny the booking. 

​

On your account, your request will say "Booked" and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

​

The amount shown is an ESTIMATE and you will be sent a final invoice on your pets last day through e-mail.

Changes or Cancellations

Upcoming bookings are listed in the "Booking History" section.

 

You may also make changes such as arrival and departure dates and times to upcoming reservations.

To cancel a reservation before it is approved, please e-mail, call, or text us. 

Once it has been approved, you may cancel online if need be.

*Changes must be confirmed by Happy Tails - you will be notified of approval or denial. 

​

*Please note, there may be early pick-up or cancellation fees depending on when a change is made. 

​

In your "Bookings Section" you will be able to view your previous and upcoming bookings.

It is very important to provide information about your Veterinarian, Emergency Contact (other than yourself) and your pets Vaccinations. Along with inputting Vaccination expiration dates, proof is also required - your vet record can be uploaded directly to your account. 

​

A booking request cannot be confirmed unless vaccination status is verified. 

​

Our expiration date for Bordetella may not match your vet records as we require this vaccine every 6 months

Your vet will likely put a 1 year expiration date from when it was given.

 We can administer the oral vaccine at Happy Tails.
