New Members of the Happy Tails Pack

We ask you to bring your pup for a short tour - these typically last about 30 minutes.

This is a chance to meet us, see our set up, and let your pup sniff around and familiarize themselves with the new surroundings. It helps your pup feel more comfortable leaving with you after an initial meeting so they don't feel overwhelmed being dropped off in a new place and left the first time they visit. Next time they arrive at Happy Tails they will be excited and be ready to play. 

After a "Meet & Greet", we ask that you bring your pup for a Daycare, which Happy Tails will schedule. Your pup would be dropped off between 8-9am, and picked up between 5-6pm.

The Daycare trial gives  your pup a chance to visualize the daily routine at Happy Tails, meet the other dogs when they're ready, and become more comfortable in our care. 

This Daycare also allows us at Happy Tails to get a sense of how well your pup socializes, and learn of any other questions or concerns we may have while boarding. 

Once we have gone through the process of a "Meet & Greet" and a "Daycare" we would love to have your pup at Happy Tails for overnight boarding if we feel it's a good fit.

We want to make sure the first meetings allow your pup to settle in, learn the routine, and become comfortable.
