At Happy Tails, we are honored to be able to care for your beloved canine family. Our polices and procedures we have in place allow us to provide the quality care we are known for. These policies also ensure the safety of all of our pets and staff. We appreciate your understanding and if you have any questions or concerns we will be happy to discuss with you further.

Early Pick-Up & Cancellations
Early Pick- Up - Based on your original scheduled pick-up time:
At least 24 hours’ notice before your newly requested pick up time is required for early pick up during a premium period reservation or you will be charged for the entire stay originally reserved.
At least 24 hours' notice before your original scheduled drop off-time is required if you're requesting to delay your arrival by one or more overnight during a premium period or you will be charged for the entire stay originally reserved.
At least 8 hours’ notice before your newly requested pick up time is required for early pick up during a non-premium period reservation or you will be charged for the entire stay originally reserved.

Cancellation Policy
Advanced notice of schedule changes and cancellations are imperative to accommodating clients most effectively, maintaining competitive rates, and providing high quality services at Happy Tails. We greatly appreciate you understanding the need to implement the following cancellation policies and associated fees.
*Advance notice based on the original scheduled drop off time*
Standard Period (Non-Premium) Cancellations
With 72 Hours Advanced Notice of Cancellation – No Fee
Less Than 72 Hours Advance Notice of Cancellation - $50.00 Fee
Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show – 50% Total Due for Entire Scheduled Reservation
Daycare Cancellations – At least 12 hours’ notice of cancellation or the full daycare rate will be charged
Premium Period Cancellations
Applies to reservations with at least 1 full day listed within the Premium Period.
2023 Effective Dates:
February 16th – February 27th
April 7th – April 17th
May 25th – September 10th
November 19th – November 26th
December 17th – January 2nd
With 7 Days Advanced Notice of Cancellation – No Fee
Less Than 7 Days Advanced Notice of Cancellation - $75.00 Fee
Less Than 72 Hours Advanced Notice of Cancellation – 50% Total Due for Entire Scheduled Reservation
Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show – 100% Total Due for Entire Scheduled Reservation
Daycare Cancellations – At least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or the full daycare rate will be charged
*Cancellation fees must be paid within 15 days of the scheduled reservation by check or cash. After the 15 day grace period has passed, 10% of the original invoice total will be added at that time and every 15 days thereafter until the balance is paid in full. Failure to pay will result in the inability to board at Happy Tails until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
