If you have boarded with us before, please do not create a new account on the portal. If you did not receive a temporary password let us know.

Dogs must attend a Daycare or Boarding visit at least once a year to remain a Happy Tails pup (more than one year cannot pass between visits, it is not based on calendar year). There can be many behavioral changes within a year, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a safe environment with open play.
We want to make sure dogs who are coming in are still a great fit to be around the other dogs and in a boarding setting. If it has been over one year that your pup has been, they must come for a Daycare Evaluation prior to boarding again.
Doggy Daycare
PlayCare at it's finest! Your pup will get to play with their friends during our morning and afternoon playtime. Give them a chance to socialize and be free from the house for the day!

*The earlier your pup arrives, and the later your pup gets picked up, the more time they have to play!
Overnight Boarding
Who doesn't love a good sleepover? Your pup will get to enjoy a vacation of their own with their buddies. They deserve some time away too! Tell them they're going to the Doggy Spa and they won't be able to keep their tail still!

Daily Routine:
Group Play Time - 8 am to 10 am
Breakfast in their kennel

Nap Time in their kennel mid-day
​
Group Play Time - 4 pm to 6 pm
Dinner in their kennel

Bedtime Let-Out around 9:30 pm
*30-45 minutes to stretch and go potty before bed

*Note, there will be an additional fee for arriving at Happy Tails outside of these hours for drop off or pick up.

*Drop offs must be in at least 15 minutes prior to closing to allow your pup time to settle in.
